TRANSFERS AND CANCELLATIONS
You can transfer to another distance via your Active Network registration login or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org up until 5pm 30th of August 2021. After this time transfers of distances can only be done at race pack collection. Please bring confirmation email, collect bib and then bring it to late entries for transfer.
Transfers of distance and person will be subject to availability of races.
A $10 administration fee is applicable to any changes made to an entry including transfer of distance or participant.
Should the event not proceed due to COVID-19 Safety Guidelines then all entrants will be refunded in full less $10 which will assist organisers cover admin and processing costs. This decision will be subject to COVID-19 restrictions based on the advice of the Australian Health Protection Principal Committee (AHPPC) and the WA Department of Health. The organisers are developing a suitable Covid safety plan for the event but this is evolving in-line with updated information from the WA Government as they release and implement a staged lifting of COVID-19 restrictions.
The following refund fees are applicable for cancellations, depending on when the request is received.
Refund of 75% up to 5pm Wednesday 24 June 2021
Refund of 50% up to 5pm Wednesday 22 July 2021
Refund of 25% up to 5pm Wednesday 19 August 2021
No Refunds after Wednesday 19 August 2021
