TRANSFERS AND CANCELLATIONS

Entry Transfers

You can transfer to another distance via your Active Network registration login or by emailing events@xtrmultisports.com.au up until 5pm 31st of August 2024.  After this time transfers of distances can only be done at race pack collection.  Please bring confirmation email, collect bib and then bring it to late entries for transfer.

Transfers of distance and person will be subject to availability of races.

A $10 administration fee is applicable to any changes made to an entry including transfer of distance. 

Covid-19 Statement

Should the event not proceed due to COVID-19 Safety Guidelines then all entrants will be refunded in full less $10 which will assist organisers cover admin and processing costs.  This decision will be subject to COVID-19 restrictions based on the advice of the Australian Health Protection Principal Committee (AHPPC) and the WA Department of Health.  The organisers are developing a suitable Covid safety plan for the event but this is evolving in-line with updated information from the WA Government as they release and implement a staged lifting of COVID-19 restrictions.

Cancellation Policy

The following refund fees are applicable for cancellations, depending on when the request is received.

  • Refund of 75% up to 9pm 15 June 2024

  • Refund of 50% up to 9pm 15 July 2025

  • Refund of 25% up to 9pm 15 August 2024

  • No Refunds after Wednesday 15 August 2024

We highly recommend the purchase of Registration Protection Insurance which is an option provided when finalising the registration process.
