Race Date - 19 September 2021
If you have completed race pack collection prior to the event, please ensure to be at the race venue at least 30-45min before your race to ensure you have sufficient time to go through your pre-race routine.
If you have not completed your race pack collection before race morning we suggest to be down 45-60min before your race at least to avoid lengthy queues. We strongly suggest to ensure your race pack/bib collection is either posted to you or collected in the days before the event.
Race Pack Mail Out Option
Participants can select to have their race packs (with race number) posted out. For the race pack mail out option, this is possible by selecting this option during your registration process. Please note a $10 postage fee applies per bib/race pack.
During the registration process please select ‘Race Bib Postage’ or 'Race Bib Collection' option. This will be offered for all entries up to 30 August 2021. All entries after this date will need to arrange their race pack collection using the options summarised below. For entrants selecting the the mail out option, your race pack with bib number will be mailed to the address you entered during the registration process.
Race Pack Collection
If you have not selected the postage option then race packs can be collected at the following locations and times:
Event Week Race Pack Collection – From - XTR Multisports, Royce Court, Joondalup (off Winton Road)
Friday September 17, 10am-3pm
Saturday September 18, 10am – 3pm
From - Mullaloo Beach (Tom Simpson Park), prior to the race start at
Sunday September 19, 5:30am – 8:45am
Photo ID or Registration Confirmation is required (a friend can collect on your behalf with a copy of your registration email)
We strongly suggest that all race packs are collected prior to the event at one of the times and locations shown above
Race Merchandise (Event Tees)
Participants have an option to purchase Race Tees during the registration process.
Please note: The last day to order race tees is by 9pm, 22 August 2021.
To collect your race day merchandise please come to the information and Registration tent after your event at the event precinct on race day. You will need your race Bib number otherwise Id to collect your merchandise. Merchandise will need to be collected at the event only, merchandise will not be mailed out after race day.
Awards & Presentations
There will be a Presentation Ceremony during which awards will be presented to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd places Male and Female competitors in the 10km and 21.1km events.
The awards presentation will be held at 9:05am on race day near the finish area at the Tom Simpson Park, Mullaloo.
Finishers’ medals will be presented to all official finishers on completion of their event after crossing the finish line. We encourage all earlier finishers to stay after their finish to support other entrants still finishing, and to attend the awards ceremony.
XTR Marathon - 1st Trophy & $200, 2nd $125 and 3rd $75 for Male and Female competitors. Place medals for overall 2nd and 3rd.
XTR Half Marathon - Place medals for overall 1st, 2nd and 3rd as well as cash prizes - 1st $125, 2nd $75 and 3rd $50 for Male and Female competitors
MBH 10000 (10k) - Place medals for overall 1st, 2nd and 3rd Male and Female competitors as well as product prizes.
All finishers will receive a finisher race medal including the 2km and 5km races.

Note - Parents may run to accompany their child but are required to also enter the event.
If however you have already entered in another of our races on event day then you do not need to pay entry to run with your child. In this case please collect a wristband at registration to show you are running with a child and remove your race bib prior to the start of your child’s race.
